The closing ceremony of the “Citizens for Sustainable Olive Oil Production (SOLIVEO)” project, led by center director Prof. Mehmet Fatih Aysan, was held at the İbrahim Üzümcü Conference Hall in the Marmara University Göztepe Campus. The ceremony was held in two sessions and a panel titled “Sustainable Olive Oil: Opportunities and Risks” and “Natural Olive Oil Sensory Analysis Training.”
